We not only offer a range of courses for communicators and work with top awarding bodies, we also have a proven track record of designing and delivering in-house training and qualifications too.

With clients from both public and private sectors, we run our existing courses specifically for in-house teams, as well as design training programmes from scratch to meet a specific need.

Whether you are looking for an intensive one-to-one training session or to help an entire team to get qualified, you have a preference for studying online, face to face or using a blend of both methods, we can help.

Examples of recent projects

Creating a senior-level communication development programme for a government organisation
We designed an integrated communications programme to prepare team members for more senior roles where they would need to manage a variety of communication activities. The course also covered leadership, modern media management, marketing communications, internal communications and business strategy. We achieved accreditation for modules from The Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

A three-day course in understanding PR
This short course was designed for an organisation that sold PR services and wanted its team to have a better understanding of the world of public relations.

Delivering an existing course with a bespoke element in-house
We delivered our Project Management course with additional sessions on communications planning in-house.

Designing and delivering an innovative training programme that became the forerunner of an industry-recognised qualification
We designed and delivered an internal communications programme in-house for a major UK plc. Covering topics such as how to plan internal communication, communications theory, influencing senior management and evaluation, this course was the forerunner of the CIPR Internal Communication Certificate.

A series of in-house training days on communicating change
We designed and delivered a series of in-house training days on communicating change for a government department going through a major transition. Developed for change managers who were undertaking this role on top of their ‘day job’, the programme helped them to understand what good communication looks like, the principles of communicating change, and to devise and execute communications strategies and plans.
