About this workshop
Good listening leads to better performance, more healthy cultures and more responsible businesses.
This one-day workshop is designed for experienced communicators to explore what good listening means and how to put it into practice.
The workshop is co-delivered by Kevin Ruck of PR Academy and Mike Pounsford, an organisation development consultant who specialises in communication and change. Mike has led listening exercises for many blue-chip clients.
The workshop will draw on the 2019 Who’s Listening report, co-authored by Mike, Kevin Ruck from PR Academy and Howard Krais from IABC UK&I.
