To hear about a course that would provide me with the foundation that I was missing was amazing!

The CIPR Professional PR Certificate was recommended to me by a colleague who knew that I had come into my role with no real PR experience.

I initially struggled in my job from a personal sense; I had very little knowledge of the theory behind PR so felt that I had no real purpose or confidence at work. To hear about a course that would provide me with the foundation that I was missing was amazing!

I thoroughly enjoyed the qualification. It was not only immensely valuable but fun. I spent ten months surrounded by like-minded people who all brought different ways of thinking and working with them.

I have no doubt that it’s helped me become more confident in my career. I’m now living abroad, shortly starting work within an industry that I’ve always been inspired by. I’m not sure that I could’ve pursued that had I not completed this qualification. It’s a must for all new starters or those who need a boost in their career and ways of working.

Learning about theory and strategy completely changed the way I understood PR and helped me to begin to measure the work that my team and I were doing. Tailoring the work throughout the course to our own companies meant that the qualification was not just valuable in principle but in practice too.
