The Crisis Communication Diploma course has helped me to be really clear about what we can offer before, during, and post-crisis, and given me the confidence to speak up and say what our role should actually be.

I feel that I am now better placed, and able, to push for communications to be involved within a higher level of planning, rather than just accepting that we will be brought in as an afterthought.
