The CIPR Professional Diploma course delivered by PR Academy has been hugely beneficial to me for CPD and also in terms of my day-to-day work and strategic input into the organisation I work for.

Communications has led on the creation of a new vision, priorities, values and behaviours and been heavily involved in the recruitment and selection process of three new heads of service and two directors and recruitment and retention initiatives.

The course has also helped to inform culture change and new processes to improve PR effectiveness.

PR Academy’s tuition, webinars, resources, support and advice have been fantastic. I’d recommend the academy and the CIPR Professional PR Diploma to anyone wanting to not only improve themselves as a strategic PR practitioner but also to benefit their team and organisation.

The learnings and insights from the course have helped me to further establish communication at the core of the business and the communication role and remit has been expanded to involve all sorts of projects.
