This course opened my eyes to the importance of using effective listening to engage employees.

I learned about the strategies that can be used to give staff a safe environment to have their say and about the potential barriers that need to be overcome for people to have the confidence to speak out. If put in place, these strategies can help organisations gain trust and motivation from their workforce.
